Every Wednesday night at SCOPA, a local wine maker joins us as a server on the floor.
This is a requirement for their inclusion on the wine list and it secures them a full year run on the list.
On each of these Wednesdays, the featured winery selects some of their favorite lots
to offer for sale by the glass, half bottle, and full bottle. For us, this connects the dots between
producer and connoisseur and allows for the community to reacquaint themselves
with the amazing artistry that goes on in our own backyard.
